The with the sole purpose easter egg for MS Paint that I can recall, is if you click the Magnifier tool and afterwards click the very massively bottom of the zoom panel (that things that displays 1x, 2x, 6x, 8x) you can set the zoom to 10x. It's probably more of a programmer error than an intentional easter egg though.

i know there are files you can use word to approachable to find easter eggs.
