WHat ATI card is on par next to NVD 8600m GT?

ATI currently do not own a mobile DirectX10 video card. Their mobile solutions are still only DirectX 9.



They hold announced the 2600XT but there are currently no laptops on the open market that offer it. It have not been benchmarked even so so there is no unqualified answer regarding it's behaviour, but the desktop version of the 2600XT perform slightly worse than the 8600GT.

to the guy above me.. HP basically released a new laptop the HDX and it features a ati HD2600XT moble so your wrong and yes itd be a 2600XT from ati is on par next to a 8600M GT
