What is a perfect graphics card for a computer beside pci slots (not pci-e)?

PCI does not provide enough bandwidth to verbs the amounts of data required within order to play any of the current games. The most up-to-date PCI video cards are about one equals old, and are the low rite cards of that generation. In PS, since PCI video cards are being phased out, you will be paying more for smaller amount perfomance than what you can get if you buy a PCI-E card.

You will not know how to play the latest games on it, and do not tender much bang for the buck.

The most powerful PCI card to be precise available for a reasonable price is base on the ATI X1550 Graphic Processing Unit (GPU), these cards sell for around $100.
