What category of video card should I acquire?

Here's an article from Toms Hardware, although it's from April.

It list PCI-E, AGP, etc video cards and the best ones for each price point.
turn with any card from the geforce 8 series proferably an 8800 the best card you can buy is a geforce 8800 ultra XXX but those are more than a ps3 for a moral working card at a reasonable price try a XFX 8800 GTX it is SLI geared up but to use sli you need 2 graphics cards if you dont know what SLI is email me
What ever resolution your monitor will support.
