I can answer this examine better than most because I have used firewire and USB separately and the results point to firewire anyone better. It's not just speed of the cable for notes transfer because if it be that alone, anyone with tolerance will just continue a tad longer for file verbs. The most important point is the video quality from firewire against USB is close to the sun and the moon. With USB, the video is grainy, smaller and uneven. With firewire downloads off the video camera, the resolution is clear next to no jerky frames and full picture. What brand and size should I win? Right now my computer is getting pretty full, and I'd fairly it not be so full. I would like to use my computer for only just main stuff, but store adjectives of my games, pictures, music, movies, etc, on the hard drive. Right in a minute I have a 170GB Hard Drive, and of that 50GB free. I full up about 120GB up contained by maybe 2 months time, or smaller quantity. So would you say a 250GB or 320GB, or different size? For the brand, Western Digital internal firm drives have other worked good for me, and I've looked at a few, and the best reviews stir to Western Digital and Seagate. I've also seen a brand I hadn't hear of before very soon, Iomega, and they seem to hold good reviews too, and they are cheaper than other external sturdy drives. i.e. - A western digital 250GB EHD is $98, while an Iomega 320GB EHD is $100, a mere $2 more for another 70GB of space, and with matching amount of good/bad reviews.

I looked up the system requirements for Command & Conquer 3. It specifically lists GeForce 4 MX as minimum required video card so that newly barely meet the requirements.
However, the rest of the system requirements are pretty steep. I am assuming that it is an older computer as the 4000MX isn't a recent card. It requires 512MB RAM (1024 near VISTA) which you may not have. It also requires a 2Ghz processor which may be more than what your current processor is.
Without more system info it is easier said than done to say why it isn't working though.
In the requirements it say geforce MX series not supported as it is not a true Geforce4 but actually a Geforce2 MX beside geforce4 ti's memory controller and faster DDR memory as the geforce2 series where fundamentally slowed down by their memory bandwidth.
The reason why it does not work is it is a DX7 card.
Buy a 7300 gt (ddr3 recommended ) if you hold a decent system characterization a 2.66 ghz P4 or AMD rated at that speed 2500+ you could also OverClock the processor if its a bit slow as the activity is much more fun with a faster system)and upgrade to 1gb of RAM its a must and your set for playing it on med-high settings as C&C 3 requirements are pretty low compared to other games although I don't get hold of who's the jackass person who set the games speed to your FPS it make the game slow and boring within SAGE engine games.
