graphics cards resembling the ATI FireGL X3-256, has different output ports compared to before cards,,, do i need a special monitor for it?.. or an adapter of some sorts?...
Video card inquiry...?
it's call a DVI (digital video interface) connection, and it's the 'standard' for flat panel monitors. You usually attain at least one adapter near the card, but if not, you can capture them at best buy or compusa for about 15.00.
The card should come near DVI-VGA adapters. If you have a newer monitor, it should be capable of connect through DVI and not VGA without a problem.
