Webcam surrounded by use and my volume distorts?

My webcam picture is fine and my picture is fine on the other person's computer too. However, they can hear my without a flaw, but when my webcam is in use, my volume on the WHOLE computer distorts, even on things that aren't webcam related. It sounds slowed down and drastically LOW.



Any suggestions?

Buy a better sound card, or a better computer.

Could be the nouns card isn't keeping up with the amount of nouns data it's getting or the cpu isn't ratification the data hurried enough to the nouns card.
