Video within poor colors?

I hold a nVIDIA fx 5200 graphics card.

but my videos don come across to work..i mean they are dispalyed as though my system be in past the worst mode.yeah those poor colors.

Can anyone give a solution?

That's a pretty outdated video card. But try restoring the cards setting to non-attendance then start your adjustment from there. Otherwise, buy a better/newer card.
