USB device stopped?

Every time i plug within any usb device, i get the message usb device is not acknowledged or has malfunction or something like that.i know the usb device works because i tried it on other computers

If any other usb devices are working on ur tool then urs is malfunctioning. Else the usb driver is corrupted. Try installing usb driver again from ur Motherboard cd. If u r using newer motherboards consequently u must have service pack 2 installed near. If not then first install sp2 and afterwards install ur moterboard cd. Or open system information from control panel and accessible hardware tab. Open device manager and check for hardware change. If there USB device odds shows ? shine with sickly mark consequently right click on it and reinstall it, select have disk and stir. I think it will give support to u out.
How many USB ports do you hold on the computer? Did you try the different ones?



Does this device come with software you own to pre-load? Try installing the software for it first.



If it's just the USB within the back, you may enjoy to go inside (unplug the power first) and try to push the card into the slot that it is within, it may simply have be unlodged from the slot somehow.



If there is no screw contained by the card holding it into place in the rear of the machine, that's why, win a screw to hold it in place if it's missing.
if the usb port is on the bus you may have to turn it on surrounded by the bios under heritage usb devices .
